The Vanden Plas Princess was Austin's entry into the large saloon and limousine market in the 1950s and 60s, and was intended to rival similar models from Rolls Royce, Daimler and Mercedes. One of the first specialist coachbuilders of the motor car age, Vanden Plas developed a track record in manufacturing luxury saloons for a variety of car companies, gaining a strong reputation for excellent build quality and reliability.
After the Second World War, the Vanden Plas name was applied to many of Austin's top of the range limousines, including the Princess.
Our Vanden Plas Princess can be hired for wedding day bookings in Farnworth, Bolton and surrounding towns in Lancashire. Presented in an ivory white livery the Princess' long wheelbase provides a spacious interior and ample legroom for the bride and groom. Large door and passenger windows allow for good photographic opportunities as the couple arrive or leave a venue. Decorative flowers and ribbons will be attached to the exterior of the car for the duration of the booking and your chauffeur will be smartly dressed and ready to ensure your journey is as smooth and comfortable as possible.
